The Department of Electrical Engineering at COMSATS Sahiwal celebrated accreditation
of BS (Electrical Engineering) program with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
The department has received accreditation letter from the Pakistan Engineering Council
(PEC) for first three batches (two Inducted in Spring 2014 and one in Fall 2014
semester) of BS (Electrical Engineering) program at COMSATS Sahiwal.
It is indeed a feather in the cap of CIIT Sahiwal that the students who are yet
to be graduated have already been recognized as Engineers by the PEC.
In order to celebrate this great success and to acknowledge the hard work, sincerity
and commitment of all the stakeholders, a simple but graceful event followed by
the high tea and cake cutting was arranged in Conference Room which was chaired
by Prof. Dr. Saleem Farooq Shaukat, Director COMSATS Sahiwal and attended by all
Heads of supporting departments, departmental PEC management team and faculty members.
Prof. Dr. Saleem Farooq Shaukat, Director COMSATS Sahiwal congratulated Dr. Saeeda
Usman, Head of Electrical Engineering Department, departmental faculty and her team
in particular and whole COMSATS family including students in general for this achievement.
